When do you ship?

If your order is in stock,We will ship the item within 48 hours after receiving your payment, please kindly leave your detail shipping address and telephone number, both are very important for the shipment,except on weekends and holidays.
How can I know my order status?

Can I get the goods successfully that I purchased?

- If the product purchased on berrymed.net itself has quality problems(not caused by customers), we support a free warranty period of 1 years (Medical Device), reusable accessories warranty is 3-6 months, calculated from the date the customer purchased the product.
- If you believe you have received a defective product, we will repair or replace the defective product or its defective components under the terms of this limited warranty. We offer replacement warranty services for the remaining unexpired period of the original product warranty. - This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and products purchased directly from us. Our products are only legally sold by us and our authorized sellers, who must comply with our policies, procedures and quality control standards. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This limited warranty does not guarantee that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
